3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (shipping price is not refundable).

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us to initiate an exchange. We will cover the shipping cost for defective/wrong items.
